Unmasking our identities and embracing our authentic self is the theme we will be focusing on as we welcome the incoming equinox energies and allow ourselves to receive the bounty of our own authenticity where our true gifts reside. As always, bring your personal healing requests to be lovingly met by the Spirit Doctor Team and the facilitators.
Like mindful sculptors, the Spirit Doctors can assist us by chipping away at the dense matter of our being to reveal the exquisite underlying beauty, form, and expression waiting to emerge.
Breath Meditations
Two individual 30-minute Breath Awareness Meditations
Conscious Connected Breathing – This method of breath work provides a way into Stillness, a quieting of the mind. This breath meditation can establish a positive outlook and response to life’s experiences. Brief instructions to the 4 steps of breathing will lead you into the meditation. You will hear gentle tones of two quartz singing bowls and the rhythmic beat of a drum to enhance your experience and practice.
Positive affirmations for Healing or Prosperity are given after a period of breathing takes place. This breath work drops you into an alpha brain wave state allowing the affirmations to enter your subconscious mind where real change begins. There are intermittent periods of silence as well. If possible, listen with headphones.

Creation, Expansion, and Support
Pillars of Light Group Healing is an opportunity to receive the loving work of the Team and to hear some exciting news about the Spirit Doctor Team expansion!
The Practitioner Program serves to integrate the healing work of the Spirit Doctors into the healing practices of new Team practitioners. The eight month program continues to evolve and expand. We began with six key foundational pillars to support the integration process and now have eight pillars forming a most beautiful healing temple in the etheric plane. This healing temple is where we will experience the group session. We hope you join us for what is to be the first on-line group healing in the temple. The themes are creation, expansion, and support. We hope these key pillars may offer some insight into your own expansion process.

Coming Together Summit – Part 1
We are in an Awakening process. There is much to be realized and done as we awaken into Ascension and not float into Ascension. The Coming Together Summit was created out of the inspiration to gather a group of light minded souls to boost our power. It is a lively and uplifting series of gifted calls that took place April and May 2020.
Part 1: Calling All Healers. As we approach the new world that is forming all healers are being called forward. We are using the word “healer” as an umbrella that includes all of you reading this newsletter. Whether you are a nurse, author, mom, accountant, or a teacher, you interact with others and have the opportunity to boost the light and love that is growing stronger every day. By coming together on these goodwill summit calls we can discover ways to support one another in taking steps forward to strengthen our resolve and look beyond what blocks might be showing up and preventing us from stepping into our role as a healer.
