 The Power of Breath

Begins: Sunday 5th July 2026 : 10:00 am – 12:00 pm (UK Time)

In this six-week livestream course, you will learn a Life Breath technique to access the subconscious mind, where your true essence resides, to plant seeds for desired changes to take root within you.  Crystal sound bowls and drumming will also assist us in achieving a higher state of consciousness and moving energy that may be stuck.
